These non-slip shoe pads were a lifesaver for our wedding! They were super comfy and worked perfectly for dancing, preventing any slipping on the floor. I bought this for the bottoms of my Follies Strass 85. It’s for my wedding and my first CL purchase. I wanted to preserve the red bottoms and add traction to the sole.The product came in a 4-pack. I only used 2, and initially tried to use only 1. You’d have to cut the sole shape out of the rectangular sole protector. I traced the bottom of my shoe on regular paper, then lightly taped it on the shoe and cut corrections as needed. I highly recommend doing this to avoid damaging your shoes.After I got the perfect sole shape, I transferred the taped paper to the top of the sole protector and cut the shape out. I placed the cut-out (backing paper still on) on the bottom of my shoe, held its side of the ball of the foot down with one hand while slowly peeling off the backing starting at the tip of the shoe. The sole protector has a strong adhesive, so it attaches easily but is difficult to correct if not properly placed.I also cleaned the bottom of my heels before sticking the sole protector on.The product is thick that you can see a tiny bit of raise on the heel’s side profile. The color match isn’t exact, but it’s close enough from afar. If you cover the edge of the protector, you couldn’t really tell it’s a different shade.When I walked on my heels with the protector on, there was definitely a better grip and adds cushion. However, I can hear a sticking sound against our faux-hardwood. I think it’s because of the silicone material of the sole protector.Take your time perfecting the shape of your sole. It’ll pay off. I’m definitely getting more of these when I start collecting CL footwear!The only thing I wish I can find out, and that I haven’t read from other reviews, is if the sole protector won’t damage the paint of the actual sole if removed. However, I don’t think I will be removing it anyway if it works well and lasts a long time.

Perfect right out of the package - no cutting necessary (size 7.5-8 women). Perfect amount of grip. Not too thick yet added just a touch of cushion to the bottom of my shoes (flat sandals + ankle boots). Seamless application. Loved them so much buying another set - this time with the heel pieces too!

Bought these for my dress shoes I wear to work at a restaurant. The non slip does work. However they wore down to smooth useless nubs in less than 5 shifts. Worthless for work shoes. Maybe if you only plan to wear the shoes these go on once a month. Otherwise useless..

I put these anti slip shoe grips on the bottom of a brand new pair of boots that had no traction at all. They were easy to cut and place, and provide much better traction than without. I don't know how long they will last, but for now, they're exactly what I needed.

This was applied to new smooth leather shoes, but fell off on the first use despite having several weeks to cure/adhere to the shoe before being worn. Ability to stay attached to shoes is not consistent.They do help prevent sliding and are comfortable to walk on after being attached.
