Good ingredients
I like kaged muscle products in general. This is an easy way to get more greens in my diet without choking down kale. I also like how the vitamins in their and other things are derived from whole foods ingredients versus chemically synthesized. The taste..is...not the most amazing, but...i am not choking down kale. That is all.
