I inherited a roll top desk. We found the end of the key broken in the lock. Once we fished it out we compared the end to those offered at Amazon and ordered this low cost option. I don't know how the original key worked but this one will flip the lock on the roll top part of the desk which is what I was looking for. Great low cost replacement option. The two flavors of brass were helpful two as we weren't certain which would match best.

The media could not be loaded. Bought the key as it looked like it matched my existing (installed) lock which was missing the keys. These keys worked perfectly.The keys don't feel like the strongest metal, so, there's that. But so far so good.

Works on the old roll top desk- once we got the broken key out. Have 2- just in case.

A pretty key, but I guess roll top desk locks are not universal. My original key was locked in the desk, so we had to go in from below and disassemble to gain access.
