Dryer Safe! Toddler size. Soft and comfortable - doesn't feel like plastic
When we had our first baby we bought a couple mattress pads from Target. Both Sealy brand and the Target store brand. Both of the pads from Target said they were NOT dryer safe- but life got busy and we washed and dried them anyway.. well they were correct and they melted into a gross hot mess. So we needed to find something different. This mattress protector is the exact size of a crib bed and a toddler bed. We have used this pad for the past 6 and a half months. We started potty training and it has gotten a LOT of use lately. We wash and dry it or regular loads and it has been perfect. We also prefer that this doesn't have the boarder to wrap around the crib bed, it just seems faster and easier to just lay it on top.Pros:+ Most importantly ++Washer and DRYER SAFE!! Yay~!+ Very soft terry top - like a thin very soft washcloth.+ Doesn't sound plastic+ Not excessively hot+ More affordable and more durable than the options in the toddler bedding at Target (at the time of my purchases this was $9 less than the toddler mattress pad at target, and it has lasted way longer - since it's dyer safe)+ Has absorbed every accident we have experienced. Has never leaked through or had any liquid run off the edges for us.Cons:- I really wish this were available in a complete Twin size like 36 x 72I know I can use this pad in the middle of a twin bed, but i can't count on my toddler to stay in one place in a twin bed. I bought the 'dry defender' brand because reviews in amazon lead me to believe that would be a decent one and it comes in a larger size for a twin bed; however the dry defender is not nearly as nice of materials as this brand. That one feels more like a thin fleece blanket on top - soft but much hotter. I'd love to see this one made in a bigger size! Now that we bought a new twin mattress I really wanted to invest in a good large pad to protect it from any kind of kid accidents. I ordered a dry defender for the larger size - but I ended up ordering a second one of these now because we find this one so much more comfortable and nicer. Also the smaller size of this one does make it wash and dry faster/easier than the larger one.TIP:Here is how we set this up for potty training~from the bottom:* Layer 1:Crib mattress (already waterproof), sheet* Layer 2: This bed pad, sheet* Layer 3: this bed pad sheet. That gives us 3 layers available in bed. Then if there is an overnight accident, we just strip the top layer of sheet and bedpad, and the bed is instantly made again and ready to put toddler right back to sleep. Our toddler has had some large accidents and it has never leaked through to the layer beneath.Hope that helps- Good luck with your potty training parents!

They actually work and last!
I bought these pads back in April and they are the best pads for protecting furniture I’ve ever invested in. I bought them because my dog accidentally pees in her sleep- so we place them on the couch under blankets to protect the couch. I’ve tried everything before these pads- I’ve tried ones you slip on your bed and ones for cribs. The ones for beds it always soaked through- cause us to replace our furniture. The ones for cribs worked but after washing them a few times they loose their wear. These however have been used and washed several times lasting longer than both my previous tries. Nothing has soaked through and they withstand being washed several times. I don’t normally write reviews but these I must say have been the best investment we’ve come across for this problem we’ve been fighting.

Pad is good, but it reeks of Nag Champa (incense)?!
Everything looks good with this pad I got for the couch, but it smells heavily of NagChampa incense. It’s bizarre, the smell attached to it.

Was delivered on time.
My dog kept wetting the bed. I put this on her side so I wouldn’t have to wash my sheets and comforter every day. Worked great. She has since passed away but I keep it under my layers of blankets in case the cats get mad and pee on my bed. Was delivered on time.

better solution than disposable pads that are a recurring expense
this is for us a better solution than disposable pads that are a recurring expense as our old dog sleeps next to the wife and sometimes can not wake us or jump down to use the dog door ... I hope this helps you

Accidents may happen
Got this pad as I am getting a new puppy and want to have him watch a 1/2 hour tv show with me on the bed or couch. The reviews from other users state it is very absorbent and this is great Incase of an accident

Perfect
I use this for my 17 year old dog who has become incontinent. She doesn't mind sleeping on it and it doesn't stay wet. This holds up wonderfully after several washes and being dried. I definitely recommend to everyone!

durable and comfortable
I have washed this almost every day for the past couple of months and it shows no signs of wear. No fraying, no loose threads. It is soft to lay on and stays put pretty well.
