Good little heater, working in tandem with a digital one.

I have always bought aquarium equipment that has been the most popular e.g. fluval, interpet and tetra. I was getting fed up of the poor quality and the noise of some of these products so decided to try hygger. I am so glad I did because this heater is such good quality it is heavy and it stands upright in the tank and tucks neatly behind my filter. It heats the water perfectly and does not get easily knocked when cleaning . It has a rubber sturdy base which allows it to stand and stay upright instead of floating around. It comes with a sturdy cradle which is easy to clean and to fit on the side of the tank and it does not slip. I cannot praise this heater enough and I was so pleased with it that I have bought the air pump which is also amazing and totally silent not like my tetra one. This is my new go to brand now. I will be changing my filter to this brand next.

Just got it working now. It's got a light when operating but it's not very bright. Value for money. Plenty of cord for plug. One of the cheapest on Amazon need one so got it next day.

Bought this heater in April, by June it had stopped working, Amazon sent a replacement. Now (October), it has broken again. This time Amazon said they did not do replacements and I had to contact the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer have said that they do not cover their products when sold by this seller. Do not purchase, if you want it, go direct. I am stuck without a product or a refund.

Came calibrated about half a degree out, not an issue if you have a separate controller but if you don't and you want/need finer control, I'd maybe bypass this one
