So far, so good. I mix this with a combination of apple juice lite and cranberry juice lite, along with other healthy stuff and I can hardly taste it...only complaint would be that it does not dissolve well, but, if I mix it with small amount of warm/hot water first, it mixes fine. I feel better after using it and just got some blood work done and will see if there is any effect. Same with the colonoscopy (#4) I am scheduling soon. Curious to see if this has any effect on reducing or eliminating the polyps they keep finding when I go. I don't have time to cook kale or eat real healthy greens so mixing it with healthy juices is great in concept but time will tell. I started my healthy super juice intake about 3-4 months ago...it has to be doing something.

I am a very picky eater that likes very few fruits and vegetables. I am in my mid-40's now and I am focused on trying to improve my diet. Having thoroughly researched the manufacturer of this product before purchasing, it seems like virtually all of the nutrition of fresh kale remains intact in the drying process. I simply throw one teaspoon a day in a glass of water, stir it up, and drink it. It has very little taste and is very easy to drink, even for someone that would never eat fresh kale. I definitely feel great having added this to my diet and and currently searching for other types of powdered vegetables to complement this. If you are looking for an easy way to add some greens to your diet and you don't mind drinking something with a very mild, slightly grassy taste, then I highly recommend this product.

This is a great product to include in your smoothies, juices, etc. You get all the benefits, from this powder, if you don't like eating actual kale. It has very little to no taste. It is convenient; just 1 teaspoonful in your drinks. I usually use fresh Kale from the market, but this is so much more convenient, especially when I go on trips and when I'm on the go.Many times, after buying kale, from the grocery stores, it sits in the fridge and goes badly. This is an excellent way to add veggies to your diet. I genuinely feel healthier after using it and will definitely be buying this product again.

I just got my Kale, I just had a question, when I opened the paper seal, the one under the cap, it blew up, powder blew out of it and the whole bottle jumped off the table, it was kinda cool, but just wondering, was it just gases built up inside, lots of pressure, I thought it broke the glass but didn't, I hope, lost about a 1/4 of the goods, but i just wanted to let you know,Thank You,Herman

I have been using the Kale powder for about a month and a half. I am really happy with it. I genuinely feel healthier after using it. I don't use it every day, more so every other. When first trying it, it was like I was doing a detox, I am not going to lie, it cleared me right out. After the first couple of days or so my body got used to it and as I mentioned before it really makes me feel healthier. Also, I have seen a better result in my vision. I am often on the computer a lot because I go to school online, this has made my eye sight terrible. After a couple of weeks of using the Kale powder I actually noticed clearness in my vision. Definitely glad I tried this product!

I was sorta apprehensive to drink this green powder as some of the green powders thast I drank were strange tasting...though, I mixed it with about 6oz of lemonade and about maybe 7oz of alpine spring water--mixed it between the two 8oz glasses (so one was filled more with lemonade and the other more with water)--BOTH tasted GREAT!!! You could barely taste the kale and immediate it is invigorating! I will DEFINITELY enjoy Kale Powder as long as I can. Sooo delicious and easy--and delicious. I really love it. Thank you! Glad I found this! :)

The powder was great but it is very difficult to use the scoop given the width of the mouth if the jar. That was annoying and messy.

I have several eye issues, including chronic dry eyes. I read that Kale is rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, both which are very important for eye health. I tried eating raw Kale, but could not stand the taste, and threw it away. In an effort to do all I can to maintain my eye health, I looked over several Kale powders and found this one. It tastes great added to my protein shake in the morning. Makes it much easier for me to supplement my diet with lutein and zeaxanthin using this powder.
