It is effective and I can see it that it works. Within the first week, I could see a slight change in my skin from the vitamin A excess so I had to adjust my dose down to 1-2 capsules. I want to try to attain better hair and skin health over all and I know results will take time. These are full of some great ingredients that made me research if it could be a good match, and I'm glad I did. If you are looking to naturally boost your collagen and see changes in your skin and hair, I do recommend these but please give them time and test to see what dose works for you. They are on the expensive side but it is worth it considering how well they work. I want to keep using these for as long as I can, hopefully there will be a sale on them some time soon.Update 7/8/18:I noticed this is helping grow my eyelashes as well. My lashes were nothing special before, but now I'm seeing there is more length to both the top on the outside corner and full bottom. This formulation appears to work well for me internally.5/30/19I tried to take another "cocktail" of pills to save and see if they do the same as this, and nothing compared. I chose to make better use of my purchase and bought this again and again after some time of not taking it, and it started to work again for me as it did the first time. Has helped with wrinkles, smile lines, and skin and hair. While I take terrible photos, this stuff is the best I've used, hands down.

*Update* Im now 43 yrs old. I have purchased this product a total of 18 times! .... So semi-regular use over several years. My hair, skin, nails are amazing. And when I haven't taken the product for a while, and get back to it... I notice it in my face immediately. When I wake up in the morning I see clear even tone healthy skin. And I don't really struggle with thinning hair/hairline...but my front hairline where my baby hairs are has really thickened & filled in. Love this product and will continue to purchase.I'm 39, and have taken pretty good care of my skin, and don't have fine lines or wrinkles yet. My primary concern has been under eye circles and puffiness, as well as darker/discolored eyelids. I've been taking this product for a little over a week, and I can genuinely say, I notice a difference. All of my concerns have improved with this product and hopefully will continue. My eyes are significantly less puffy in the morning, dark circles and discoloration improved as well! In the description, I believe when they say this product is "whitening" they mean that it helps with discoloration. It doesn't actually bleach your skin. I just notice that my skin tone is much more even. My only complaint is that each bottle is only a 20 day supply, which is just stupid. Regardless, I feel the product is high quality, and is definitely working....so I plan to purchase again.

I suffered thinning due to postpartum shedding. (One of the many things people don't think to mention when you're expecting your first child). My skin went through it, and my hair went through it right after I had had my daughter. It was so bad, I could feel that the hair follicle was not as tight as it should have been and could just pluck a hair out, one by one. I always had thick hair growing up so I never thought it would be a problem, until I straightened my hair a few weeks ago, and the back was shorter than the rest. And thinner. I decided I had to do something asap because I enjoy straightening my hair every once in a while. The product works! 3 weeks in, as of today, have not missed a dose, and I already have half an inch of new growth, and my hair has grown what appears to be a half an inch to an inch all over. I didn't take before and after photos because I didn't want to psych myself out. But my husband notices a brighter appearance in my face, all my dark spots around my nose and on my chin have lightened tremendously, longer lower lid eyelashes, and better looking hair and faster growth. I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks now, I’ve noticed my skin being less red and my existing acne is healing better. The only gripe I have about this product is the smell! It has a very strong almost plastic smell and it makes me wanna yack whenever I take it so I really only take it twice a day and I make sure to eat something small like candy to offset the smell that lingers a little bit after you swallow it. Other than that, everything seems good so far! I feel like the smell is a small price to pay for nice skin so I can’t really complain much!UPDATE 8/21/18So I bought this product in June and at the start I used it consistently twice a day for about 2 weeks and on and off certain days here and there, and eventually forgot to keep taking it because I'm not good with remembering to taking my supplements. I didn't notice a HUGE difference with my skin because I was also trying out new products so I was unsure which was helping. Well lately, my skin has been problematic. I started using this consistently again (whatever was left over of my bottle) twice a day, and WOW!! My problematic skin literally looked so good after a week of consistent use! My active breakouts healed faster and the scarring was lightening much faster. I don't know how this stuff is so effective but it really works for me in conjunction with using The Ordinary's Retinol 2% with Squalene, "Buffet" serum, and Marula Oil to moisturize. I also use Drunk Elephant's Baby Sukari Facial once a week and this combination is amazing for my sensitive acne prone dry skin! I wish this beauty pill wasn't so expensive, but if I have the extra money I'll be buying more for sure!
