It doesn't deserve even a single star. It worked seamlessly for a couple of days and the moment the return window is closed it stopped working. IT is getting charged but the charging is just sufficient for a single one litre bottle of water. Again we have to charge. Don't get carried away by the positive remarks. It's all doctored. Now I have to throw it in the dustbin. Better buy the product from a nearby kirana shop. In the last 20 days I have already wasted my money bu buying two water dispensers from Amazon and both were thrown into the dustbin.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this with hesitation as it is relatively expensive than few other competitors low budget ones where the failure rate is high. Earlier 2 low cost had problem in changing issues wrt to one of them. This one worked as described , great looking, water outflow is good , faster and charges wellnandnlittle longer operation. 1 star reduxed as the cost is relatively higher and need to see how many months/years it lost.

It has stopped working now after just 4 Months. Contacted Company & Seller Both Via Email. But of no use. Didn't get any response from any of them.Won't recommend to anyone. Go for any other brand & seller but not this.Update : I was following up with Seller & Company through Emails for 4-5 days.So, after sending all the Photos & Videos of Defective Product to Company, finally got the New Replacement Product on 20th of October. So going to change my Rating from 1 to 5 Star.Appreciate the good and quick resolution from Seller HaloHop & Company Costar. Thanks.

This product boasts a sleek design and impressive looks, and its water pumping performance is satisfactory. However, the battery's capacity to hold a charge has decreased substantially over a relatively short period, which is a significant letdown. Overall, it's an average product with great potential, but better battery durability is essential to take it to the next level.

It's almost 1 year I have been using it. It's working perfectly with awesome quality

Horrible product. Please do not buy this. The stupid device started working on its own even without switching it on. A 20l can of water was wasted on the floor. It worked in between and stopped again.
