If you follow the sizing chart and stay honest with yourself, this will fit perfectly. I absolutely love this waist trainer. I recently had a baby and I have Diastasis Recti and a very small torso. This gives me the support I need while I am working to heal and strengthen my core. I also feel like it is helping my Diastsais Recti come back together as I wear it. I wear it under my dresses when I go out and I don't feel self conscious of the baby pooch that everyone gets because its being held in and supported. Its soft and not invasive, I'm not sore and my ribs don't hurt after I wear it unlike other waist trainers I've tried. I highly recommend.

I have ordered a few different waste trainers . But this far for me is number one !I highly suggest to follow the creator of this Garment line on her social media such as Instagram . I have learned so much diet and exercise and be yourself without over doing anything .I was skeptical at first That is why I purchased this on Amazon and not on the original website but I can actually tell you I cannot wait to try all her other products clothing 😃

I was really worried about how it would fit after reading the reviews. But I measured myself and went according to the size guide and I’m quite happy. I feel like it needs to be referenced. I’m 5’6”, 128#, I carry all my fat in my midsection and I had a c-section so..if you know you know. My waist measures abt 32” so I got a medium. Not gonna lie I was nervous putting it on, but it feels great on the 2nd hooks. Just got it though! Let’s see how it goes

I love this waist trainer! I followed the measurement guide. I was on the cusp of the XL and XXL by 1 inch so I went with the XL. I recently had lipo and a tummy tuck and the compression this garment provides is perfect! It is my security blanket. I like that as swelling goes down I can adjust to the other hooks as opposed to having to by a completely new garment. I have no problem wearing the garment all day and it is not in the least bit uncomfortable.

Medium short torso. At first I was going to exchange it for a large as it was 4-5 inches away from closing. I stretched as much as I could and got it to close. Waist is a 34.5 it’s a tight fit but hopefully with the weight loss challenge I’m doing it shrinks down.

I followed the measurements and it was still too tight. Im a size 4 and I figured medium would work and didn’t and I don’t have the time to return and do all this extra stuff :(

Runs small, I had to order a small and medium but is so comfy to wear once I put the medium on. I give it 4 stars cause it’s starting to fold at the top and I haven’t worn it for too long.

I love jogging in it! Great quality, very secure, comfortable to wear under clothes, great for posture and preventing overeating! For some reason I expected it to be stronger boned like an old-fashioned corset so that's the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

I bought this v belt 3XL which is for max size 41inches waist whereas i am 42-44inches, usually size 20, so quite big. 4XL would have been perfect for me but this is good, it does the job still. Just a little bit more comfort would have been great with my correct size. So i knew i was gonna struggle with this size that i ordered but the good news is, it's highly elastic so it took all my big belly and i instantly became like hourglass model, no jokes, i went out to the high streets to show off, i didn't even waste time. It gave me instant figure 8. Wow! That's all i can say. Highly recommended. For me, because this is not my size it's too tight but stretchy so i can manage it, anything to look good in my dress. I don't know for how long i will be able to wear it when i'm out but i will see. I wish the seller had my size 4xl. And it covers most if not all the tummy area both top and lower, yyep!

I love my Vanna belt. It's soo comfortable I can even sleep in it. After just two weeks of using it my DIASTASIS RECTI gap went from 2 finger to 1 finger gap.I started using this belt 3 months after c section and it has helped my stomach go back to its original shape and size. I have some loose skin but that's to be expected after twins.I am super grateful for this belt. I can wear jeans and dresses again.

I have gone through a few waist trainers and this is by far the best one. So comfortable to wear underneath everything, highly recommend A+
