Overall I like this design, but there are a couple of issues. First, on a full-face helmet with large hands getting the Chicago Screw back on from inside the helmet was challenging but not impossible. Second, if you look at the videos you'll see the helmet straps are "loose" below the jaw - not the way I normally wear a helmet. When I tighten the strap they don't stay tight, taking a Star off for that - I assume this by design and I'll have to get used to it. OR am I doing something wrong?

Don't let the cheap screwdriver and super small screw fool you. These seems to be a quality item to retro-fit a strap only helmet. I used it to retro-fit the chin strap on a Scorpion AT-950 helmet and it seems to fit well and allows you to retain the OEM padding on the chin strap.

I live that it’s metal on metal and not plastic, the only down side i found was that the pull cord for the release is a little short but other than that it’s perfect

Great product, no question if I brought the right one.Take your time that is a very small screw. Bright light and a towel just in case you drop it.It has already made my day.

Took a few min's to figure out how to install. However, once that was done it works like a champ. Would recommend...
