On time, no bugs a bit dried out
Update: plant did not survive.. Roots were dead and it couldn't hydrate again. Really wanted this orchid to live. Got another orchid from this seller when I got this one and it lived. So might try once more.Arrived on time and well packaged. Plant didnt have any bugs or leaf issues. But it was dehydrated. The last picture is a week later after being watered and it seemes to be getting more wrinkled in the leaves and the bulb is still as well. Will update progress. Very excited to have found this orchid finally.

Quick shipping but bad roots
The shipping was quick and they came well packaged. However, there are definitely some issues with the orchids themselves. The roots of these orchids were in terrible condition. One had no good roots, another had a single salvageable one, and the third had two salvageable roots. All the rest were brown and dead. The insert says not to report right away but frankly if I didn't, they probably all would have died. They were in compacted sphagnum moss with a packing peanut at the bottom. Sphagnum moss becomes a poor environment for orchid roots if too tightly packed which leads to suffocation and root root as we see here. It should be lightly placed into the pot around the orchid to allow for proper air circulation. The orchids are fairly small, but if the roots were in healthy condition it would be worth the price. I believe I should be able to save them all even the one without any viable roots. For other potential buyers, if you do choose to purchase some of these orchids just make sure you check the roots upon arrival because they very well may need your immediate attention.

Disappointed
It did arrive alive, but very small. Has two leaves on it. I am hoping it survives.
