Q: Do you have this ball in a hard foam type

I'm not sure what you mean by "hard foam". These are some sort of foam-like plastic, the same size and weight as a softball.

The dimple ball is a little too heavy for the lite flight .if you have the proper ball Shute it can work with the ps50

I use these in a juggs lite machine and they work great for me!

Q: Will these work with the PS50 machine?

I believe the jugs sting free balls will work in the PS50 machine. I have not actually tried it, but it would not make sense for them to make a ball that doesn't.
