Received the item on time, I was about to return the item, as the velcro fastening strip did not hold the travel pillow in place. This may seem odd, but it might have helped to have a simple instruction to remove one layer of the protective/pad material. Once this thin layer was removed the velcro pad held fine.

Velcro supplied is poor quality and has no grip

For those that don't know you need to peel off a cover on one of the velcro sides otherwise it won't work.
