It is bright, long focusable beam
This is a pretty large flashlight, too big for a pocket, but might fit on a duty belt. This is a focusable light, it has a lens on the front, allowing it to focus from a small spot, to a very large area, with clear borders. It comes with a rechargeable 26650 battery, which I'm not familiar with, and an adapter for 3 AAA batteries to use instead of 26650. It's made from anodized aluminum, with fins on the front for cooling. There are 4 blue LED lights in front of the on/off switch, indicating the remaining, power, each light representing 25% of battery power. There is a USB-C charging port on the side with a rubber cover on it, it also comes with a charging wire. There is a lanyard on the tail, to prevent it from dropping it. I use this flashlight on duty, and while it is pretty awesome, there are some things that are not ideal for me. First, the switch is on the side, so you have to search for it around the tube, unlike the tail end switch, which you always know where it is. Another thing, the head slides onto the tube for focus, and it's very easy to bump it out of the preferred adjustment, unlike the screw on type. When you focus the beam to the minimum size, it's square, and has a kind of a window effect, with bars going across. Also, most similar type light have a rubber ring around that's not round, in case you drop it, it doesn't keep rolling away. This light is pretty much all round and if you drop it, it can easily roll under a car. All these things are just personal preference, and experience dictated by my job, and may not matter at all to anyone else. It is still a nice and bright light, with a long focusable beam, that ill be using for a while

Pretty good
This flashlight is fairly nice, very bright and feels very solid. The zoom on the flashlight is nice, and overall has a good feel to it.

Solidly build flashlight with a bright beam...long-lasting charge, with short charging duration
I have a couple of smaller flashlights which are good for carrying around, or keeping in the car, but I wanted a more powerful heavy-duty flashlight to keep around the house. I have one of those older flashlights with a large battery, but this one has a rechargeable battery which is what I was looking for. It surpassed my expectations. It has a *very* bright beam that that you can focus in or out easily. It charges very quickly (less than an hour from my experience). Solidly built construction, and looks very durable and rugged. The battery usage time seems to be pretty good as well, as I haven't had to recharge it even after a decent amount of testing. I will say that it gets quite warm after a bit of use, so that's something to watch out for (hopefully it doesn't spontaneously combust due to heat). The other thing that is a faint nuisance is that when you focus the beam to get a narrow beam, the light beam shows a window-like artifact where you project the beam, e.g. on a wall....basically a reticle. I'm not sure what the purpose of the reticle is....and could have done without it. Overall a good gadget to have.

This is a solidly built and very bright flashlight
The first thing I noticed when I took this light out of the box was how solid it it, it has heft. The handle is long and slim. I read the clear and concise directions for charging it and they were exactly what they needed to be, comprehensible and easy to follow.Once I had it charged I tried out the various illumination modes, super bright, fairly bright, flashing, etc. All good. Last night I had an opportunity to employ the flashing/strobe mode and it was hugely useful. Initially I assumed the strobe effect would be best employed under emergency circumstances, a night time road issue or accident, anything that might require getting the attention of people passing by. We live in the country along a rural road and it is usually fairly peaceful and quiet around here. We have neighbors in houses on both sides of us who can be quite noisy during the day; running power equipment, mowers, tillers, chain saws, drills, etc. After dark things get more quiet, you'll hear cars racing past and the occasional coyote. As the spring time weather began to get here a few weeks ago we started having a noise problem at night. My partner goes to sleep around 10pm. I stay up reading most nights. Over the last few weeks we have heard really loud rap/hip hop music begin blasting a couple of doors down from us. Super noisy. Some nights it will play for 30 minutes or so then stop. Other nights it will go on past midnight. It always starts blasting after 10pm when my partner is trying to fall asleep. Last night it was a Saturday and at 10:45 the music began blaring loudly from over there. It is obviously someone setting up their stereo outdoors. When the music came on it woke up my wife and I was a finally at the end of my tether with these teenagers and their music. I grabbed this lovely flashlight and ventured out into the darkness of our backyard. I could not see anything over in the direction where the music was originating. I turned on the flashlight on the brightest setting and pointed it over there. There was an instant reaction, whoever was playing the music stopped it for a few seconds like, hey what's that light about? Then they turned it right back on again. That's when I put the flashlight in the strobe mode and began yelling at those kids. I shouted that we were sick and tired of them blasting their music loudly after 10pm, that we were trying to sleep, that we had had enough of their hi-jinks. The music stopped and a timid, youthful voice replied: OK. I had kept the strobe on during my harangue and I'm certain that the flashing, brightness of it made a huge impact on my audience of teenagers. I'm hoping this sound issue has been resolved now. Loving this strobe! And I thought about another possible use for this light; it has the weight and feel of a small club and while one would hope to never need it for self defense on that occasion when say you have sent the hubby outside on a pitch black night to investigate the suspicious sounds that have awakened the family at 3am having this weighty light might give a guy a bit more confidence when he is startling prowlers who are probably just a family of raccoons trying to open the trash cans.I'm sure the manufacturer would never suggest this potential use but I thought of it. Of course bonking something with this light is probably not that advisable unless it is an emergency. You could damage it.By the way, I have been using this light every night for several weeks and the initial charge is still holding, no need to recharge it so far. I love that, too. Great light.
