Smooth……(was missing a rubber gasket thou, possibly I dropped it??)
The media could not be loaded. So to address the title, there are little “Clear Rubber” gaskets that go between the, Glass shower door, and the, 2 sides, of the pieces, so no metal touches glass, and the ones provided, are very good, and fit perfectly, but, I was missing one, and whilst I’m prepared to offer the benefit of the doubt and say “Possibly I dropped it somewhere??”, I’m however not 100% convinced I did, and because it was from the last one on the bottom that I went to put on, I’d already happily fitted 3, so I just improvised one from a silicone strip I had, “No real problem”.Now with that all said, “These are great”, we’d actually had one of the bottom ones on the shower door break, or at least it came undone, and we couldn’t find the spring, so we needed to replace “One”, so I just did the whole door, and “WOW, it SLIDES LIKE BRAND NEW”, so nice, so smooth, and such an improvement. The build quality seems good, everything has a nice finish, there are no burrs, or poorly finished surfaces, and what ever the material/operation is, be it “Metal bearings” or a “Nylon” deal internally to make the wheels roll, it is very smooth, silent running, which impressed me. The wheels themselves are clearly very nicely done, very smooth, with a silent motion over the runners of the doors, which hasn’t been the case for a while, and I can, we all can, really tell the difference. These took me just a few minutes to put on, they aren’t complicated or particularly awkward to fit, just unscrew what’s there, and do these ones up, they went together very well, everything has a nice clean, smooth fit, so I was happy with that. All in all, for me, I think this is a great way to make the doors “Roll”, and thus, “Feel”, like new.

Instructions would be helpful
This set of four rollers is sufficient for one door - two up and two down. The rollers are well constructed and there is a hint of grease to facilitate easy, quiet movement. I watched the 'Instruction' video but it is sadly lacking in detail and only shows the replacement of the top rollers. The bottom rollers work slightly differently. It is here that I had challenges. Once fitted, the rollers are spring-loaded to enable them to be lowered under the bottom railing and then rise again to keep them in place. Try as I might, the rollers would not depress enough to allow them to pass under the railing. I eventually unscrewed the rollers and fitted them under the railing. Only then did I bolt on to the shower door. I have taken a star away because of this.My old door rollers had a chrome facia facing outwards which these rollers do not. They only have ones that face inward. Consequently, they don't look as nice. I have not taken another star away as I think giving these rollers 3 stars would be harsh.
