My sons neck still falls. It’s okay support, but cheap quality inside. It does the job I guess. Not sure how good a seat belt pillow could be.

Not really happy with the pillow, the cover doesn't fit properly which makes it very difficult to use.

I purchased 2 of these for my grandsons. They support the head well. They Velcro around the seat belt so are easy to install & remove.

Wife is using this as a port pillow.2 hour drive today and she loved how comfortable it was.

Nice and affordable cushion. The design is good but the only bad thing is that the cushion inside has no cover so it’s continually ripped off by the velcro.

My granddaughter loves this pillow. She fell to sleep on it and woke up with no neck ache no crankiness.

Now my grandson can sleep in the car without getting a crick in his neck.

Easy to use and my grandson loves it.
