Don’t buy from this seller..
I wish there was a choice of giving less than one star for this seller and the product. The pictures supply shows what the sofa look like in real.The pic he put on website is misleading.Its cheap product. The cushions are not as plumped as shown. The back cushions are so thin that spring can be seen through. The seller is only interested in taking money. He did not want me to return this rubbish sofa and offered further 10% discount to keep it. I will not recommend him at all. Thanks to Amazon A to Z guarantee I got full refund of and courier charges. Had Amazon not there my money would have definitely swallowed by this seller.

Good as an occasional chair.
This chair looks nice and is quite comfortable. However this has not always been the case. Like many others, the cushion did not fill out like the photos show. I contacted the seller who offered a 10% discount. We haggled until we were both happy. My plan was to buy some foam to insert in the cushions.I carefully undid the zip (You have to undo a couple of stitches to get to it) and took the foam cushion out. It was wrapped in some bizarre material that appeared glued to the innards. So, I carefully pulled the glue away from the inner foam and hey presto, it started puffing up.The chair now looks like the one in the photo. So if you bought this chair, try as I did above.I would actually like to buy another chair, but the price has shot up £40 so I won't be buying as yet.

Good value
A lovely chair for conservatory but please be aware if you are buying the two sofa seater that looks like it matches it doesn’t! It’s a much lighter colour and a different material. Seller may have changed the listing as I complained

Totally Love This Armchair.
Easy assembly. Recommend definately. Very comfortable with great width. The cushions seemed a bit alarming when unpackaged, but as the instruction said, they reliably filled out within 36 hours. I would definately buy again, as its size fits into a smaller room without dominating the space, whilst being comfy for long hours of sitting.

This product is not good
This product is not good; I wouldn't recommend buying it. I spoke to the seller, but they were aware of the product's shortcomings. They offered me a 10% discount, knowing the product isn't good. Amazon should remove this product to avoid any further issues. Why are you offering me a 10% discount when you sold me a defective product? This is not an acceptable practice. I strongly advise against purchasing it.

Disappointed
Item came, leg wouldn’t fit, Offered discount if we got it sorted ourselves, Big NO to that, New parts come, Biggest disappointment is we bought matching settee with two chairs and the settee does not match the chairs!!! cushions still haven’t puffed up from being packed, Not a fantastic service overall and sadly disappointed
