I researched this 'gadget', thoroughly, then i took the plunge and bought it. FIRST OF ALL i have to THANK IALLPOWERS.COM for having a fantastic online customer service. I went on their w/site to register the warranty, and needed assistance to find out the order number needed to fill in their form. I wasn't one of THEIR customers with after-sales queries, but they treated me like one! VERY NICE INDEED, they are very approachable, proactive etc, WHICH GREATLY HELPS. THE PRODUCT: there will always be 'faulty' units, by the very nature of their production process, a bit of bad luck etc. BUT if find this product EXCELLENT (so far anyway, i only bought it a week ago, but it has been used daily). My favourite (apart from the obvious i.e. power, power outlets etc) is the 'simultaneous charging/discharging' feature. NOT ALL powerpacks support it, which is a pain if your unit is semi-permanently in your vehicle. The SPEED of charging from mains is AWESOME. This product is the one with the most number of 3pin plugs and other plugs (2x + 2x) too. The variety of gadgets and appliances running off of it at the same time is also fantastic. I recently used it to power a Halfords portable fridge (the largest size they make) via 12V plus a QUEST camping fridge (the largest size they make). 3.5 hr journey and from 100% charge it had only gone down to 77%. AND the unit was NOT connected to the vehicle 12v cig lighter socket. On my next trip i'll see how it charges/discharges whilst plugged into the cig lighter, and powering the 100w freezer, which runs on mains, the 2 fridges, the lighting system, all on at the same time. So far so GREAT, let's hope it lasts in time though :-) because the discount coupon (£300) made my purchase possible, so it was a great price, otherwise it is not exactly a 'small purchase' for the intended purpose. And it'd better last in time to ensure its 5-star rating. My unit doesn't need to support a NASA-like set up so i EXPECT IT TO RUN for a fair amount of years, otherwise where's the 'recycling philosophy', if we need to often replace these batteries, which undergo a highly-polluting-manufacturing-process...SO my little wonderful unit HAD BETTER LAST. Other than that i find it invaluable in my vehicle and at home. And when i can i will need to buy another one, so i'll need to shop around to see best prices on similar units, and what one gets for one's money. I strongly advise you to buy the 12V in-car charging cable...WHICH SHOULD COME WITH THE UNIT...really ;-). As a last pro-feature: this product relies on two excellent customer services guarantees, one is from Amazon, the other is from iallpowers, as i found out when i registered my warranty on their website. Sometimes if the difference is only the cowt, one needs to establish the reliability of 'WHAT IF THINGS GO WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT', it may not have financial impact , but it certainly ensure peace of mind for the future and less waste of money dealing with companies who are not user friendly AT ALL.

I waited to see if this could really perform before leaving a review, and it certainly does.The S2000 is an amazing piece of kit, it is incredibly useful. It is versatile because it is not so heavy that it makes it impossible for less able users, so really is a portable power source. This means that it is as useful at home as it is 'out on the road'. The battery capacity and power output is excellent for its size, and it is tremendous value for money compared with other similar devices. It can easily handle a travel size kettle and microwave ( though depending on the wattage, it may be an idea to stagger starting them both due to initial startup demand). It has also handled the demand of 2 simultaneous slow cookers for their full cooking. I would give it way more than the 5 stars for how impressive it is.

I have owned several other brands Al all do their thing but buying this refurbished from them gives the best bang for buck you will find, noisy fan when charging on mains but such is life, other than that I can't fault the unit. Only thing I don't like on the phone app is that you can't password protect your Bluetooth connection so anyone wandering around with the app could connect and turn on or off your power

Great product at a great price. After reviewing other powerstations allpowers s2000 was the one I chose. Delivery super fast (2days) and the right accessories included. Also comes with a 5 year warranty . Bought this for use in my motorhone and used for powering microwave and wife's hairdryer and small tv.Would recommend allpowers to anyone thinking of investing in a powerstation. Looking forward to trying there solar panels

The first time I tried to use this item the AC function would not start up. DC charging was OKI am now engaging in lengthy conversations with the seller to try and obtain a refundTotal nightmare!!

I was asked to review this product by the distributor but will be providing an unbiased review.The first thing you will notice is the fan is quite loud and comes on quite often. I have only had this item for a couple of days and not fully tested it. So far I love it. Does the job nicely.

Hi, I originally purchased the Allpowers s2000 pro and was very impressed with the cost, build quality, look, accessories, the delivery speed and the packaging was also of a high quality.Machine charged without any issues and connected to my phone via Bluetooth to monitor performance when testing.Used the unit on several outings for cooking on a 2000w electric grill plate whilst wild camping. Sadly, I had an issue whilst using the unit on a camp site, it lost power after showing it still had 26% battery life. Luckily I was on electric hook up at the time, so was able to charge the unit up there and continue using it. Once home, I made contact with the Allpowers support team explaining the issue, the response was reassuring as they explained to me about my options with 5 year warranty and the option of return/refund and not to worry, after a couple of emails back and forth giving details on faults, serial numbers etc I was given the option of a refund or replacement with the s2000, I chose the replacement as the unit is a great piece of kit and couldn’t find anything on the market to match.I would definitely purchase from Allpowers again as they have given me nothing but confidence with their help and support.Thank you.
