Great plot, excellent character arcs, but the best thing about it was the amazing stream of consciousness that was so… flawless. Loved it!

Absolutely loved it, such a great and unique voice and utterly compelling.Momenteering is one of those books that takes a while to process after reading, and stays with you. The whole novel has a Japanese vibe - echoes of Murakami-esque oddness and the job situation reminded me Tsumura’s ‘There’s no such thing as an easy job’ - but very much it’s own story. Didn’t feel like a debut, felt very much like this is a writer who has been telling stories for a long time.Hoping there will be more!
