More of A Decoration
I thought I'd try this given I get anxiety but to be honest it didn't make any difference. It does however look pretty so my child now wears it and loves it. At the price it's sold at I can't complain as I think that is a fair cost for the materials.

Sweet Necklace
This necklace was much nicer than I was expecting. The neckace could do with being a little longer for people with much larger necks. I have a 14.5" neck so I usually buy long necklaces so they aren't right up near my collarbone. I could use the pipe part to breathe through if I had my head down a little to compensate, but if it was on a longer chain it is good to breathe through.Breathing with the pipe, I did actually breathe around the pipe as well as through it, and I was surprised about the potential calming effect, I think this could be good for me when I'm about to blow my top and need to expel some energy lol. I found the end of the pipe to be nice and smooth around the edges, that was why I was surprised.I thought this was a sweet necklace, good for people not as big as me, and given the price a bit of a bargain.
