I purchased this for use at work with the zd420 printers. Since we had 8 batteries originally and some associates broke 3 of them it was hard to get batteries when my team needed to conduct work. (Especially since there would be times that 2 of the printers had fresh batteries inserted and the dead ones were left by the printers.) I looked for this product since 2 printers never moved from their stationary positions and they solved my problems instantly. Once they were plugged up and not needing batteries I was able to have my team use all the batteries in the store making it easier for my team to conduct their work. If you have the zd420s in your store and some are able to be stationary do yourself the favor and purchase these charging plugs so you don't have to worry about dead batteries putting your team behind on their work.

Great product. Makes my Zebra label printer work nicely. Definitely will buy here again for future needs.

The switching power supply creates electrical noise throughout the motherboard. When you plug in anything into the audio output jack, you will hear buzzing noise along with your audio. Don't buy it.

Do not waste your precious time while trying to get an essential part for your mission critical business ops device. Shop from someone else as this is not compatible with ZEBRA ZD410 as advertised
