I don't know what the ratio of cotton to spandex in these socks are but they are definitely not just cotton. The description failed to mention the spandex.

These socks really did the trick.Had a split heel, applied heel balm then sock at night , removed it in the morning, sock kept heel moist. Don’t think you could wear during daytime as heel would be too slippery.A couple of days later split had healed.Don’t think it would have been as quick if I hadn’t used the sock.They fit well and are comfortable to sleep in.They are well made, washable and good value for money.
