I began taking this supplement on October 13, 2023. I allowed some time to pass to ensure that any changes I observed were indeed attributed to this supplement and would be sustainable. As of April 4, 2024, I have maintained a consistent weight loss of approximately 12 pounds. Initially, I experienced a weight loss of about 16 pounds, but I subsequently regained a few pounds, which I attribute to my strength training regimen.I didn’t start noticing changes in my weight until around December 2023, despite maintaining a consistent workout routine while taking this supplement. I have found that it significantly reduces my overall hunger and definitely curbs my sugar cravings. Having previously used gymnema sylvestre extract, I am pleased to find this supplement to be just as effective without the unpleasant taste. Plus, it offers additional benefits with the inclusion of other supplements.

My family and I have always been supportive of natural supplements for overall immune support as well as general well being. So far these Berberine supplements have not disappointed after taking for 3 months so far. I really do appreciate how these capsules contain (6) key ingredients which alleviates having to buy or take separate components for the same benefits. On top of that, you're also getting a 10 month supply with this as opposed to the typical 30, 60, or 90 days supply that you routinely get with other products.In addition, the capsules are relatively smaller in size and have been easy to swallow for myself and my wife with just a sip of water. What's also beneficial is that these are super potent and you only need to just take (1) capsule daily instead of 2 or 3 like many other products. Will continue to use this for all of its reported health benefits and as it has also not caused any adverse reactions such as stomach upset or nausea.

This is a high-quality supplement. I've never known much about the impact of the ingredients in it but I definitely feel like I'm getting less sniffles throughout the week. It has powerful extracts of natural ingredients, and the pill goes down with ease, no taste or anything. It also happens to come with a massive supply so if it's a fit for you, it'll last a long time. I recommend researching the ingredients to know if they're a good fit for you, but if you're like me and just want to try it, then that's a valid approach too. Supplements by their very nature affect everything differently as everyone responds differently to the compounds ad mix of ingredients. But for me, I feel a little safer with this blend with far less sinus and sneezing throughout the weekI recommend it especially to those who know the ingredients and also to those who enjoy trying new supplements and would like to try something that can potentially boost their health. I don't know a lot about some of these ingredients. I know that all the ingredients found in this Berberine supplement are of herbal origin. I've known for some time that cinnamon is good for you. It helps to keep your blood sugar levels stable. Tumeric is a great herb that has many good qualities. It supports joints and can help reduce inflammation which can cause pain and stiffness. I have taken just Tumeric in a supplement before. I have noticed a marked decrease in inflation and pain in my back and other joints. This product contains 500 mg of Tumeric in each capsule. That is the same potency of Tumeric that I was getting in two capsules of my previous supplement and it only contained Tumeric. It would last 30 to 60 days, depending on whether I took 1 capsule or 2 capsules a day. That is the same amount of money as this product and this product lasts 10 months taking one capsule daily. That is a huge difference in price and the amount you receive. This product contains 6 premium herbal ingredients including Tumeric. This is a fantastic deal on this Berberine herbal supplement 2 pack that supports a healthy lifestyle. This product claims to support the cardiovascular system, the gastrointestinal system, and the bodies own immune system. I know the benefits for me have been less inflammation, pain, and stiffness in my back and other joints. That benefit for me is huge! This supplement is easy to swallow and does not upset my stomach. So, overall, I think it is a good product. I wish they would tell you where the ingredients are sourced, and where this product is actually being produced. I could not find a point of origin anywhere on the botlle. That is of concern to me. It says manufactured for a distributor in Texas. I want to know who is making the product and where the product is coming from. Seems simple enough to me. I'm giving this product 4 stars. It is a great value for the money. I'm taking off 1 star for not stating the origin and product producer.

Well to get this out of the way I haven’t had any negative side effects, my skin seems a bit healthier and I feel like I’m sleeping a bit better. Surprisingly this supplement actually curbed my appetite a bit. Not a huge amount, but I feel less hungry after taking it, even on an empty stomach. It doesn’t get rid of the hunger, but fills it enough to ignore till you can get something to eat.All in all a great product that seems to be working just fine. Definitely recommend especially because of how much you get.
