Its working and do the jobs dont take me wrong, but my Echo Shows isnt as much suported as i experience with ring.

After having used Eufy’s battery products I’ve always thought they fell short in tacking events and battery life. This plug in product has fixed my problems and would recommend anyone to go with these over the battery products. The system picks up nearly all events with the AI features doing an extremely good job at categorising them and cutting up the clips into snippets for you to see. Also a great feature of them being plugged in allows you 24/7 recording so if it hasn’t clipped it correctly you can always go back and check. The installation was painless as it only requires a household plug local to the camera to be plugged into. The amount of cable it comes with is more than enough to go around half of a semi detached house and has left excess at every point for us. The quality is without doubt the best I’ve seen for the money making number plates easy to see and faces easy to recognise. Overall a great product.

UPDATE 13 MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATIONI have several of these E330 Professional and they stop working within months.Camera 1: Installed in Dec 2023. Broken in January 2025. Out of warranty. The AI that they have now in their chat said 'Out of warranty'. And that's it. No solution, no suggestion for a reparation service, nothing. AI service was very rubbish (VOC.ai)Camera 2: Installed in Feb 2025. Broken in April 2024. Replaced under guarantee (Service was great to be honest)This model is obviously not made for outdoors use, despite branding it as 'Professional'. I don't believe that I am the only one who has bought the only two defective units in the UK Market. Let me know if any of you has experienced such statistically improbable outcome.**** INITIAL REVIEWThe system is quiet easy to install and manage.The zoon is not as good as 'Eufy Security Floodlight Camera E340' despite being 4k and the latter 3k. I prefer the E340; however, the price is double, so depending on the use case this is good enough.One of the cameras broke down after 2 months (rain). Fortunately the return process was very smooth and the supplier didn't create hurdles replacing the camera very quickly.Will keep using the brand.

The cam quality and features are amazing and best part no subscription. Very easy to pair and install.The video quality is superb in day and night. You get instant notification (2 seconds delay as expected) when someone is in the came set zone. The AI works well and knows all my family members. The flash light and alert siren is a good addition to the product and works as a deterrent.It works well with my existing eufy door bell (2nd generation).The AI is picking up the washing line as human detection. The company said it’s a work in progress and will be fixed. It’s been improved a lot since I have provided them short clips and I was refunded 10% of the cost. Eufy customer service is brilliant they do listen and provide support instantly.One draw back the base does not come with a hard drive. Luckily I found a pre loved 1T for £18.I will definitely prefer it over the Ring came, worth the price and peace of mind.

Had the camera installed for less than 6-months, excellent camera however suddenly stopped working, let’s see how good customer services is and honouring the warranty period.**Update 07-Mar-25** following this review on the 22-Feb, the supplier made contact with me, the problem encountered was shared and a replacement camera was dispatched and this was received 07-Mar. The rating has been increased accordingly, the cameras and the customer service deserve the full 5 stars.

This is a superb security camera setup.I purchased this after my van got broken into. As the council now turn off our street lights, I couldn’t see anything and so I wanted a security set up that has no cloud storage fees, has superb colour night vision and is easy to install /use. Only extra you may want to purchase is an internal SATA hard drive of your choice. The unit has a limited storage but seeing as these cameras are capturing 4k footage, I went for a 5Tb hard drive, which means I can store months of 24/7 4k footage.The eufy app features are good and I’m sure they will add more features in the future.I also purchased the Eufy E340 doorbell, which also has no monthly/yearly charges, records in 2k and also records to my 5Tb Hard drive.Very happy with the Eufy set up so far5⭐️ out of 5⭐️
