I have to give this probiotic a good evaluation because it's a fact. Not everything is suitable for everyone, but for me, this probiotic has been great so far. I am a male and my stomach always feels bloated at night. I purchased this probiotic and drank it with a glass of room temperature water before going to bed at night. Due to taking this probiotic capsule all the time before going to bed... my stomach noise has stopped, I no longer have bloating, and I don't have much information. Most of the time, I wake up feeling comfortable in the morning. I also gained more energy and even noticed that probiotics helped me avoid bloating, making my stomach smoother. I have IBS-C. This product used to help me a lot when it was in powder form. I purchased the pills since the powder form is no longer available. It doesn’t work the same way as it previously does. I increased the required dosage and still it does nothing. I am very disappointed!
