This product was recommended in the book, The Diet Detox. The lemon flavor is light and it’s easy to drink. I found this product to be beneficial in keeping my body on a regular cycle.I noted on the container it says “about 30 rounded scoops”. I’ve not found that to be the case. I get 25 scoops from the container. Please note this when you reorder.

What I absolutely liked about FibHER is the fact that it tastes very good and lemonly. I thought it would taste like chalk, but I was wrong. It mixes well with room temperature water. I take it before my breakfast, and because it's pleasant, I don't forget to take it.

This Reserveage Fiber Powder not only tastes good and aids in digestion but the collagen keeps skin and bones strong. It was recommended to me by my doctor. After taking other fiber powders for years and years, I feel this one works the best. I only wish it came in larger size and was recommended for men also.

I wasn't sure about this when I ordered it. I usually prefer to take fiber pills because all the powdered/mix with water fiber supplements I had previously tried made me gag and tasted awful. This one does mix really well with the water (use room temp for best results) and the taste is minimal and pleasant. I don't gag and it is easy to drink.

FibeHER powder when mixed with room temperature water it tastes great. When taken the first thing in the morning, it makes you feel full. You do not even feel hungry for the entire morning.

Light flavor, dissolved easily. Perfect addition to my morning iced tea!
