Supertreats carob bars are the healthy alternative to chocolate. They contain no refined sugar or caffeine (unlike milk, dark or raw chocolate), only wholesome, natural, organic ingredients. Instead of cocoa mass, they're made with naturally sweet superfood carob. The carob is blended with rich cocoa butter and low-GI coconut blossom nectar to create a heavenly, melt-in-the-mouth treat that is as smooth as silk and deliciously creamy too. Choc-full of wholesome goodness, they're a genuinely guilt-free treat for all.

Delicious! Taste is a cross between Caramac and chocolate. I love it. 3 year old can’t tell the difference between this and chocolate. Loved by all the family.

I bought them as a chocolate substitute but they don't taste much like chocolate and the cocoa powder caused a reaction to someone here who is allergic to chocolate.

Possibly The World's Best Remedy For Chocolate Addiction - and this is definitely not just for kids!
This isn't just for kids folks! And I bet you never thought chocolate could taste as good as it is healthy! "If it tastes this great it has to be bad for you" is usually the accepted mantra of good sense. But not any more. Okay... it's admittedly 'bad' for my wallet, but not for my body, and I'm now hooked on this chocolate addiction remedy. To know that you can enjoy this without draining your insulin, is almost a Godsend. And it's organic to boot! What's not to like? It's quite shocking to think about how much pesticide residue we have been soaking up for most person's lives through ordinary foodstuffs such as non-organic coffee, chocolate even pears and even supermarket cherries are among the worst offenders, so it's wonderful to be able to make the switch to something which is as good as chocolate can get, without entering superfood territory. And then there is that full on chocolate nirvana which all true chocolate addicts repeatedly seek. BTW, I'm trying to cut it down to one of these a day, but it's not easy...It's not easy because the product's manufacturers could not have done a better job of getting a perfectly desirable level of sweetness and the maximum chocolatey taste. What's more, rather than decline with age (as I'd once hoped) my sweet tooth has been the same as it ever was.So I've been increasingly making the switch away from sugar, which I'm now convinced will someday be, perhaps even in my grandchildren's generation, just as reviled as tobacco is today. Refined sugar will surely go the way of tobacco, as the next publicly tolerated evil, and I'm sure of that. Sugar is to 2017, in other words, as tobacco was to 1957.The only negative is that these Supertreats will be prohibitive to most people's budgets, and that is a great shame, given how cheap ordinary chocolate products are by comparison. As long as it is selling for ...ahem, 'real' money, it won't achieve mass appeal. Which, again, is simply an incredible shame. I'm just hoping that as they sell more, economies of scale should take hold, meaning that they should be able to sell at a more pleasing price, one day (soon hopefully!) down the road. But back to the indisputable positives: I'm still amazed at how artificial sweeteners have moved on over time. I remember tasting a can of diet cola in the seventies and that bitter aftertaste has stayed with me forever. Not so with today's sweeteners! So now you've no excuse - all those full marks reviews for this particular brand are here for you to read for good reason. Chocolate bars made with refined sugar don't get tastier than this. Enjoy :-)
