Am I a grown man? Yes. Should I be buying Pokemon stuff? Probably not. But when I saw this, it reminded me of my childhood and I couldn't help getting it.I'm a bit torn regarding what rating to give it. Let's start with the positives. The ball itself is solid, has a nice weight, and is very well made. The Pokemon internal engraving is also great quality. On it's own, it would make for a great desktop ornament, paperweight, etc. It also comes with batteries so you can get it working straight out of the box. It also came beautifully packaged with a professional design, lovely satin-feel lining, and magnetic clasp.Now for the negatives. The stand with the light inside looks and feels cheap. The plastic is "frayed" and the construction feels a bit flimsy. It's also advertised as potentially being a child's night light, but I'm not sure how long it would last with the batteries (and I imagine it would cost a bit to keep replacing the 3 AG13 batteries).Overall, I've discarded the base and just keep the ball on my desk. It has a slightly flat bottom so it doesn't roll, and I'm happy with this.So I've broken it down to: ball 5*, base 3*, packaging 5*, cost 4*. Average = 4.25*

I bought two of these for two friends birthdays and might be buying a third for myself. Really happy with the quality.The stand is just a standard plastic base. The pokeball is real glass and is quite heavy and feels expensive. The 3D pokemon inside looks miles better in person, the pictures don't do it justice.Really happy with the item. Yes it's quite small but that's expected with the price because the glass and the 3D Pokémon inside our high quality.

I got this nice LED 3D glowing crystal ball for my friends son's birthday, as I know he is a huge Pokemon Go fan. He absolutely loves it and it gets all the kids fascinated by the 3D element inside of the crystal ball. In the dark it is well illuminated but not too bright as to distract your sleep. Also being battery powered it won't need to be near any power sockets which is convenient and safer around children. It is about the size of my fist so not overly big and made of solid glass which is a really nice touch. I am seriously thinking of getting one for my son now.

AMAZING this is an absolute stunning LED 3D crystal ball. I purchased this for my great granddaughter for her sensory room. The colours are fantastic and certainly catch every aspect of the 3D effect which in turn creates an amazing faceted array of magical light around the whole of her room. This is a really beautiful creation and would certainly not look out of place in the lounge. I must mention the fantastic packaging and the beautiful gift card which I was highly delighted with attached was a miniature Calla Lily, another sign this was meant for my great granddaughter Lillie.

Bought this as a gift, smaller than I thought it would be but I'm very happy with it. The box it came in is nice and there was also a little gift tag/card inside it, which I wasn't expecting. Only downside may be that the pokeball isn't attached in anyway to the light base so may be a little annoying when placing it somewhere, as it may fall/shift position. Overall I am happy with the product and would definitely recommend

As other reviewers have pointed out, the base is very cheap-n-cheerful, and the way the colours change so rapidly is very over the top - the ability to turn that off (and keep a solid colour) would be good. The crystal ball itself is pretty good.

Love it its perfect for any pokemon fan ordered charizard got charizard and the hand made card is a fantastic touch I'm going to recommend to everyone who loves pokemon young or old (like me lol)

I absolutely love this Pokemon light and If it wasn't cracked I would give it 5* because it really is perfect other than it arriving with a big split on the front of the base.
