Bottle leaked a lot
I ordered a lot of product from this brand, and the product itself I have really liked. Everything smells good, my daughter enjoys it. I bought shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bubble bath soap. BUT when I received the package, every bottle either had leaked or had a loose top/and seal. The conditioner bottle had leaked a lot but since it was thick it all stayed in the plastic. But the bubble soap seeped through the plastic wrap and soaked the Amazon box. I’m not sure if this was a problem for anyone else or what can be done about it, I do enjoy the product. I just don’t want to lose any of it during transport!

Nice size, smells great, leaves hair soft
I love that this has most of the 'no's on the market. I value products who strive for less chemicals. This is a great sized bottle for the price, I love the labeling. Its a smooth consistency and feels great in the hair and on the hands. It makes brushing easy and it also works great as a leave in conditioner.

It's okay.
This product is okay. It is a leave-in product and if you rinse it even slightly, it doesn't work at all. I much prefer the Alaffia Neem Conditioner, but now it is available on Amazon ONLY through Whole Foods. I am an Amazon Prime customer and I flatly refuse to pay $4.99 for something to be sent to me by Whole Foods. I will make an inconvenient trip to the health food co-op to purchase the conditioner rather than give money to Whole Foods, which is an over-rated, over-priced racket.

Great for curls - so-so as a detangler
It’s a great leave-in product for adding softness and definition to my kiddos’ ringlets, and I love the simple, ethical ingredient list. The smell is nice. Unfortunately it doesn’t exactly glide like butter into wet hair; my kids complain as I try to work it through their wet hair after bath. But! It seems pretty effective at reducing the formation of new tangles. I usually brush their hair right before or during bath, and I find that’s become much easier to do since we started using this product!

Came damage
I actually really like the product and would normally buy it from Wholefoods. However , I had to start ordering it from Amazon due to living in a rural area now. And one of the bottles came damage and spilled all over the place. I was pretty mad.

Best conditioner around for easily tangled hair
My three-year-old daughter has very curly, easily tangled hair. It was difficult to find a conditioner that left her hair virtually tangle free. I, actually, had had no luck until I found this product. This product can be used as a conditioner or a leave in (I use it as a conditioner and only partially rinse it out) and works magnificently. It also has a clean, natural lemony scent, not a "peaches and cream" or "coconut crush" artificial scent. The pump allows my daughter to "help" with her hair (if you have a three-year-old, you know how important this is).I will continue to use this product and would recommend it whole-heartedly.
