Non-GMO Turmeric
I got this becuase Curcurmin is one of my favorite supplements. It comes from the Turmeric plant which is one of the reasons you see them paired together often. And Turmeric is in the same family ( Zingiberaceae) as Ginger and thought to work similarly in helping with joints and what not which is why you often see these three ingredients all together. I personally like Ginger for the improvement in digestive health it may have. And I really like cucurmin for the immune enhancing properties it may have especially in the digestive system. And oddly enough there are results in some of the studies that curcumin by itself is not capable of producing the desired outcome but Turmeric is. And that's the reason I also take Turmeric for those rare times Turmeric has the chemical ingredients to do the job that Curcumin can't. After years and decades actually of taking these ingredients and continually watching the results they are getting in studies with it,,,I am glad this has always been in my stack. It's my opinion as each year passes we just find more and more reasons why Curcumin and Turmeric may be one the strongest tools we have access to for preventative measures. I like with this brand that the dosage is a bit on the high end. That of course does require three caps though. This is also non GMO which is important to me because I question if genetically modified Turmeric would work as well,,, if at all !? I like the black pepper in this to increase absorption. I just learned recently that curcumin actually has very low bioavailabity. And I have seen dozens of studies focusing on black peppers ability to help with that and I must say the results are quite impressive IMO. This is not 'third party lab tested' which is common with Turmeric. It does state is is 'third party tested' and 'lab tested' and according to the seller it is cGMP and FDA compliant. If you are taking this for joint pain I can tell you from my experience that was a very long process but noticeable each week, for me at least. I don't really notice anything now when taking this or any Turmeric/Curcumin supplement and just trust it's doing its deal like it does in the studies. Hopefully preventing any health issues and helping to maintain my joint health as well. These were easy to take and I had no sides. Good Luck and I hope this was helpful !

Affordable Way To Take Turmeric
I've been adding a turmeric supplement to my vitamins for a number of months now. The problem? Different turmeric products can be pretty expensive. I started with one that cost, literally, $1 per day, which ended up being outside of my budget.Enter this great stuff, which worked as well, for a much better value. In comparing the labels, they were comparable enough that the switch was seamless. And I've never looked back.I highly recommend it.

Bio Potentia Turmeric Curcumin - misspelled Turmeric, what is crauminoids? why hide where it's made?
Bio Potentia Turmeric CurcuminSupplement facts are listed as:Organic Turmeric (Turmeric Root)andTureic 95% Crauminoids(Curcuma longa) (Root)My problem with this is:Based on what they have in parenthesis, these ingredients are the same. They maybe different forms or strengths, so I understand listing it twice, but why call it something different in parenthesis? If that Tureic 95% Crauminoids is indeed Turmeric, it's spelled incorrectly. Misspellings on supplements REALLY make me wonder about how professional this company is and how seriously they take my health. If they're making mistakes on a label, what mistakes are they making with making the supplement?Again, the Tureic 95% Crauminoids phrase. The internet defaults to graminoid when I search for Crauminoid. Forcing the search changes nothing. In botany and ecology, a graminoid refers to a herbaceous plant with a grass-like morphology, i.e., elongated culms with long, blade-like leaves. I'm thinking this is yet another mistake. So, let's assume that Tureic 95% Crauminoids (Curcuma longa) (Root) is turmeric root. They've destroyed the organic feature of using organic ginger by using SOME organic turmeric. Unless of course it's organic and this is just another mistake. Finally, the use of a filler, magnesium stearate. Magnesium stearate (stearic acid, vegetable stearate,) is a water-insoluble powder that is made up of stearic acid and magnesium. It is used as a release agent and a lubricant in the production of foods, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. It also works as an emulsifier, binder, and thickening, anticaking, lubricant, release and antifoaming agent. Used as a “flow agent,” it helps speed up the manufacturing process because it prevents ingredients from sticking to the mechanical equipment. Magnesium stearate is broken down by the body into stearic acid. If you ingest too much, it can have a laxative effect. It can irritate the mucosal lining of your bowels. This can cause your bowels to spasm, triggering a bowel movement or even diarrhea. It provides no benefit to the consumer.Bio Potentia also lacks transparency regarding where they make the supplement. Standards are NOT the same in all countries.Look, as I review products, a good or great products takes me WAY less time and effort to review than a bad product. I've just spent about 40 minutes between the misspellings and searching online. It would be MUCH easier to give a good review and move on. Unfortunately, when I see a product that looks this sloppy, I have to be sure that it's something that I would not use and would not recommend, so I invest the time. This is so important because supplements are supposed to help us and many people rely on the information to be accurate, and the supplement to be both safe and effective.Mistakes are sloppy, and it's a slippery slope.

Sensible ingredients
This supplement provides a good mix of ingredients to aid joint support and absorbsion. I have seen some improvement in joint flexibility. Three capsules is a bit above average, but they're easy to take and I've not had any adverse side effects. At a fairly reasonable pricepoint, they're a good addition.

Easy to take!
I usually get my turmeric from a tea or from the powdered spice in my meals. Now I just need to pop a capsule. Deactivation of the black pepper helps with the absorption.
