This was a great gift for my boss for her birthday and she loved it so much. Everything pink is amazing enough room to write notes as well as keep other things intact inside.

This Boss Lady notebook/ pen set is a great gift idea for the "boss" in your life. It looks great, easy to use, and the perfect size for carrying with you. Great gift idea for the mom/ wife/ boss who means the most to you. Good value for the price and definitely recommended.

Would make a decent gift, as long as you're not expecting it to be expensive and impressive, but for the price it's a nice product and the thought is in the right place, probably :)

For a gift that you are going to give to your boss to impress them, this is on the cheap side and probably would not be used…

I like the pens they are smaller the regular pens and write nice medium black ink. The book is the reason for 1 star. The box came a little crushed on one end however is not the reason for the elastic closure to make the indentation. I let it sit a week and it did not come out. I also did'nt care for the craft paper in the book. I would not gift it to my boss.

This journal is pretty standard for a travel journal. It has one section with lined paper, one section with blank paper, and some card slots and little pouch sections.I like it as a set, though. Pink is definitely in and this would make a really great gift. I alps think this is the perfect size where it's not too big and not too small and can fit in your purse easily. The cover is leather-ish, but has a nice (not cheap) feel to it, and the stretchy clasp fits nice and snug. The pens are nice, but they're a bit on the small side, at least for myself. They feel like trying to write with a chopstick, but I also have hands that could palm a basketball.This would make a really great gift for the boss lady in your life.
