Great Journal to Start Off Your Day
Lovely journal that helps you get your day off on the right track. Each day you are given a positive affirmation, which if you're still feeling groggy for the morning, helps get you in a more goal-oriented mindframe. It asks you your intention for the day, which really makes me think about how I want to mindfully go about my day - and it actually works! I also like the prompts, which are open-ended questions that make you reflect on various aspects about your self and your life. Overall, I was very happy with my purchase and plan to continue to use it daily as part of my morning routine.PROS:1. Great size for a journal and nice minimalistic design2. Plenty of room to write in - you don't run out of space when filling in your daily intention or prompt, and you have room to be creative. You can write as much or as little as you want.3. Open-ended dates - if you miss a day, you won't be left with any blank pages.4. Most Important: it really sets a good, positive tone for the day while also waking up your creativity.CONS:1. Paper is a little thin - make sure to use the correct pen (ie, ballpoint or very thin ink) or it will bleed through to the next page.2. Besides "Intention" I wish there were a "Goal" line for the day. I dealt with this by just adding my goal for the day inside the intention section - plenty of room.

Great way to slow down, improve your mood, and enjoy your now
I'm a huge fan of self-improvement, which I have to admit, is tougher to accomplish as I get older. I saw this journal and wanted to give it a try. After reading the reviews and from what I've heard from Shark Tank, I thought it a unique method of capturing my thoughts. I've accessed similar journal 'apps' and electronic journaling doesn't quite have the effectiveness to keep my attention. Hand-written words seem to allow for an increased quality of thought and just feels more intimate.The Liberate Journal is put together really well and doesn't force you to chronologically keep to a schedule. Surprisingly, I've enjoyed the unconventional day-to-day entries of typical journals. The stress of missing a day is not a part of the journey. What I've found is that when I feel stressed, or need some me time, I open the journal and write on my own schedule.This book has brought me back to living in the moment, increases my stress tolerance, and makes me take time out of my hectic days for myself. This is a great product, interesting format, and really does help to liberate your 'you' time.

Absolutely love this Journal!! It's got great starting points to get started with journaling. It's a great reminder of what I'm grateful for every day! Great value and very motivating! It's a high quality journal and is great for the person just starting out or the experienced writer! Also it's a super cute design!

Nicely formatted and detailed
Some good content, pages are very clear and organized. I especially liked it has a strap that can hold it closed. The material used for the cover isn't flimsy but not too premium either. Overall, this is a good basic journal for anyone looking for thoughtful, structured daily writing

Exercise Your Mind With Gratitude
I have been in therapy and actively trying to both better myself and love myself more. This journal is a great way to exercise my gratitude every morning and set a positive path for the day. Excited to start!
If you’re looking for more mindfulness in your life, this self improvement journal is great! I’m very excited to dig in and start writing. The prompts are thoughtful, with actionable things you can do to build courage, resilience, gratitude, and more. And it isn’t time consuming to complete each day’s entry, improving the chances that I’ll actually keep up. This is going to be fun and insightful!The book itself is very nice, with sturdy covers and quality binding. The font is very easily readable even for my old eyes, which I greatly appreciate.All in all, this was a worthwhile purchase!
