Nice box and no problem fitting to R1250GS
Hard to fault at the price. Its a universal mounting plate rather than one customised to the bike, However the plate is relatively easy to mount. Two of the supplied bolts can be mounted to existing tapped holes towards the rear of the BMW carrier and locked in place with the supplied nyloc bolts. You'll need to use two of the supplied mounting clips and nuts/bolts to secure further forward, but I did not find that difficult. The box is nicely finished with a padded liner and a pillion backrest is supplied to fit optionally. Cost wise this was ~ 20% of the price of a very similar box, (admittedly with a custom plate) from a mainstream accessory manufacturer.
