Yummy...not
If you’re after a product to add to your smoothies in the morning that adds an overall taste of fish, then this is the product for you my friend!!! It tastes absolutely disgusting, which is strange seeing as it’s supposed to be almost tasteless. I had high hopes of this RS so very disappointed...2 weeks later...I have continued to try this RS and I have found that if I only use half the amount and add the same again of Stevia and lemon juice, it works a treat! If the taste wasn’t for you, try a few different ways with it.

Tastes awful but doing some good
Started this product as I saw a programme on tele about resistance starch and how we digest carbs . I suffer with bad IBS and I only started this product 4 days ago. Tastes awful and mixed with water the first week but it’s doing some good

Never tried product before
As I’ve never tried it before I can’t compare but I am following the Reset Diet and have this in a smoothie twice a day. It tastes ok and seems good value for money.

Just cannot drink this with water
I am on very low carb, no sugar diet. SO trying to drink this with water is almost impossible. I do not like the taste at all. I think I need to go buying green bananas instead

Not for me
I did really want to like this as it is obviously so good for you, but I tried it in a smoothie, in a glass of water and sprinkled on my muesli and did not like it. It is grainy and I did not like the taste.

Mix it with veggies, prefect way to eat it
I found the perfect way to eat the resistant starch. I cook some broccoli or cauliflower and put it into a blender with a little bit of liquid (either almond milk or water from cooking the vegetable), some salt and 3 scoops of the resistant starch. Then I blend it for about a minute till I have something of the consistency of mashed potatoes. I eat that as side together with whatever I am eating (could be meat or vegetables). You cannot really taste the starch when it is in the vegetable. It does change the color of the masehd vegetables a bit but who cares.
