This is a sleek looking product, and once you get the hang of the controls it's easy to use. However, the directions are lacking and poorly written. It says to hold slightly above the skin, but everything I've read about this type of treatment describes the device as touching your skin and moving over it. The included glasses are also kind of small. They fit me fine, but felt tight for my husband. I did appreciate that the charger wasn't just a cord, it also came with its own transformer, which is getting less and less common these days. Need to try over a longer period of time, but got some minor relief after one treatment.
