I've only been using them for a week and a half but I find that I'm working up to using them for more time. I'm hoping to see some results but I don't expect that overnight. The suggested 15 minutes a day is totally doable.The exercisers themselves are really nice silicone. Only the first level (white) has holes in it to make it easier to chomp down on. I have a bit of a gag reflex so they took some getting used to but it wasn't too bad.They come in a nice case for storage and 3 different levels is nice. That third level is going to be tough! It would be nice if they came with instructions/suggestions. I went back to the listing and found out how to clean them (though I ended up soaking them in mouthwash for a couple minutes because "water" doesn't feel like enough unless it's boiling. That's how I also found the suggested time to use per day. A printed sheet with instructions would have been nice but it's not that big of a deal.

First I was very surprised at just how comfortable these are to chew! So far I’ve only been able to use the smallest size (white) but it provides good resistance while still being very comfortable on the teeth themselves. There’s also holes punched through the silicon to allow saliva to move through. This was my first time using a jaw exerciser so I was happy it wasn’t as messy as I was expecting.Secondly, it definitely targets the masseter muscles! I can only use them for a few minutes before my jaw hurts too much to continue which is a good sign! I don’t feel lingering pain afterwards and not in the joint, only the muscle and it feels like when you workout your general muscles.The only thing I wish is that they came with some sort of instructions or even just a piece of paper with information on it. It came with nothing but the box and the silicon chew things.Can’t complain though. They get the job done! Just gotta be careful not to accidentally swallow them, but they’re curved in a way that they snug around your molars and feel more stable and less likely to fall back into your throat accidentally.

Exactly as pictured, smaller than I imagined they'd be, but the perfect size in practice!I get that there's some text-based instruction on the store page, but there are no instructions of any kind on the box, the product, or included with the product at all. So I'm not 100% sure how to clean them and I have no idea if I'm really using them correctly. You can't assume that everyone knows how to use these or has someone to help instruct them, especially with such a niche product.The quality seems good though, it definitely seems like it will withstand use and isn't uncomfortable to chew on. It feels like it's working out my jaw so I'm excited to see how this turns out!

I struggle with anxiety, which in my case can lead to teeth grinding at night or overeating during the day. A tool like this is something I've heard of others having success with, so I thought it would be worth a try. These are a convenient size and material in that you can take them with you everywhere and easily wash them, but the largest concern I had was the immense variance in the difficulty level in the set. For example, the Easy variety (white) may take a bit of getting used to, but after even a day of use there is a very clear distinction in the used vs new silicone strength. If easy is too easy for you, the medium will physically hurt your jaw even after a few days of attempts, and the silicone in this level doesn't even give after a few days. The hard level I haven't even attempted because you cannot so much as even feel it give with all the pressure you could put in your hands, so I don't know how a human jaw could work that without breaking something. Overall, this is a great idea, but the medium and hard levels are so different from the easy in terms of construction, long term durability, and difficulty that they make the set sold together relatively unhelpful.

Solid material, no funky taste, tough on jaw muscles!

These jaw exercisers seem to work well, my muscles were tired after just a few three minute sets. I wish there were instructions in the box, had to go back to the Amazon listing for this. Also, these are much smaller than they appear in the guy's mouth on on the listing and it wouldn't be hard to accidentally swallow one. Nice little plastic storage case. I keep these in the car to use while driving.

Great jaw trainer! Fits in comfortably in my mouth on each side and I can chew for consistent periods of time. No perceivable taste so far. I feel the jaw muscles engaging, and it's a matter of time to see results. They are easily cleanable which is great to keep the habit hygienic. I'm still on white so time will tell how fast I can build up to the next progression. Overall great product!

I used this product to get a better jawline and it worked.
