It's easy to use and painless. It's still early days but I'm hoping this is going to be the end of painful epilating and the beginning of smooth hair free skin.

One of the things we were apprehensive of before getting one of these was they could hurt, they don’t, it’s a more warm sensation. Otherwise, having now used it a few times can confirm hair seems to be returning less, with semi frequent use I can see this near eliminating the need for shaving and this is a much better process than shaving! Would recommend, especially at this price point!

Item stopped working after around 300 flashes. It still turns on and screen works but nothing happens when pressing the button for the laser. I have tired to start a return for this item advising it is defective but since I am 3 days after return period they will not allow this despite the item being defective. Did think this product would come with a guarantee or warranty so be wary of this when purchasing

Great product, have only been using for 5 weeks but notice a difference already. So much cheaper than going to a clinic/salon and so much more convenient! Comes with a handy chart to keep track of how often it’s used. Very pleased I bought this rather than go through all the hassle and expense of a clinic
