For the price, I would say these trousers are smart, well made and excellent value, BUT the design and cut render them virtually useless. The initial fit seemed fine, if a little long in the leg. The problem starts with the fact that there is no room in the seat, so if you bend at the hip, sitting down, the crotch becomes too tight and the trouser rides up your leg. The knee pad pocket ends up on top of your thigh. The knee pad pocket is large enough but the Velcro patch holding it closed at the bottom is too small and the pad falls out repeatedly. To kneel on the pad, I had to hold it against my knee as I knelt down. The problem then was that the top of the trousers were pulled down! The front pockets are also a little shallow meaning that anything placed in them can fall out quite easily. The waist band needs reinforcing. Despite wearing a belt, it continued to roll over on itself.I would not recommend.

First day using them........and they caught fire.....pretty easily. Had to cut a bolt off so about a 10 second grind and my leg felt very warm, looked down had a 15cm flame crawling up my leg! Be very careful when using these.....they catch incredibly easy. Also Normally i have to get extra length in the leg, but the extra length they provide is almost half a foot extra so they are too long. Put on knee pads and you can where them higher no problem.

Fine if your legs are tree trunks and your crotch is down by your knees. They're like clown trousers

Bought 2 pairs of these and both pairs have been a let down. Firstly, they are huge for what size I ordered, hoped that after a few washes they would shrink a bit but think they have actually gotten bigger. Secondly, the most ridiculous idea to put velcro strips at the bottom of the knee render any sort of padding to fallout, especially as the velcro has started falling off. The moment you go to kneel any sort of pressure pushes the kneepads through the velcro and the pads fall out constantly, even worse when the velcro tears off. Thirdly, the hip pockets are so shallow any change you have disappears down seats in vehicles or the back of couch.Very disappointed, and not worth trying to send back as they are used now. For others best to avoid these and look for better designs.

My husband takes a 34 waist and these trousers are a loose 34, he will need to wear a belt with them but apart from that the length is good. He is 6ft and the trousers are regular and sit properly on the ankle. They have washed well and for the price they are good value for the ,money.

Great for work. The ones they supply at wotk hit and miss with sizes.Git fed up with it. Bought mens because they fit better. Alot of bending and physical work.These are great. And i can put my knee pads in.Plenty of pocket space. Very happy with them.

I bought these as with my current employer, it takes multiple requests over two years for nothing. These are a more or less match for my old work trousers with more pockets and with the addition of knee pad pockets that will come in handy! I have already ordered another pair!.Just one little niggle, it would be preferable (in my opinion) it the opening for the knee pad inserts were above the knne and that would enable the knee pad inserts to stay in not fall out as the velcro strip provided is not wide or wide enough to keep the pads from falling out. Otherwise a versatile pair of trousers.
