I've already got a set of resistance bands and these ankle bands make a great addition. I can use these around the ankles or base of the foot, making leg work more comfortable and reduce slipage. They fit my size 12 feet and ankles no problem and not experienced any undoing of the strap in use. They're quite comfortable in use, much better than trying to balance the band under the feet. They've got a limited use, but with the resistance band kit, they work well....not a bad price either.

The measurements / sizes are accurate, the stitching is robust, but I had to dock -1star for a 4*star total rating because these are pretty stiff.So, these are 100% fine if you have big ankles, but if you have smaller ankles, you’ll have to spend some time loosening them up, otherwise they’ll move around as you use the machines, as your ankle will move around inside them. So, a good product, but maybe more suitable for men/ bigger ankles, or if you wear thicker tracksuits/ socks with your workout gear.
