Holy moly, this blanket perfect. Machine washable, strong quality materials, sustainably made, not to mention it's so pretty! It's not quite as big as I was expecting but the weight is perfect, based off the recommendations. It's so cozy but you don't get too hot. This was exactly what I was looking for and works so quickly. Highly recommended, it's worth the price in the long run.

This weighted blanket definitely helps me fall asleep faster, but it's more than that: it actually helps me sleep deeper. I've been distance running for decades, and had pretty much resigned myself to getting rubbish sleep after long runs. Every time I build up my mileage gearing up for another race, my sleep suffers. It's a common story for runners ... I find it harder to fall asleep and wake up more during the night, and I find that I need extra hours in bed to make up for it.Now that I've added the Bearaby weighted blanket to my sleep routine, I feel much more rested. In fact, I can literally see on my whoop sleep tracker that I'm getting 30% more deep sleep than I used to after run days. I knew the science behind weighted blankets was legit before I bought this one, but I didn't realize just how drastic the positive impact would be. In case other runners might be curious, I've also found that the weighted blanket is useful for recovery outside of sleep. After I cool down with stretches and an ice bath, I head straight to the couch and drape the weighted blanket across my legs and lap. The pressure feels amazing on my muscles!

As soon as I took this weighted blanket out of its beautiful packaging, I fell in love. I curled up in it and felt my tension begin to melt away minute by minute. After sleeping with the Bearaby weighted blanket for several nights now, I can confidently say that my hours of sleep as well as the quality of my sleep have greatly improved. This blanket is far superior to my last weighted blanket because it’s cooler, more attractive, and stays in place throughout the night.

Talk about relax to the max! My Bearaby blanket is my best friend. We meet on the couch after a long day of work and the warm hug and comfort she provides is the best. I wanted to upgrade our weighted blanket setup since we have cats and their nails don't match with the weighted blankets filled with beads.Found out about these through the Purple store and bought them from Amazon (because Amazon). These do not have beads, but rather rely on just fabric weight (perfect for cats). Very nicely weighted out and stretchy, we use two for a king sized bed.Biggest complaint is the expensive up front cost (I spent over $500 on two), but I feel like they should last a good long while, especially since they aren't filled with beads. Another minor complaint is since we have cat hair, it is a little more challenging to get the hair out of the crevices, but hasn't been too bad comparatively speaking.More so an investment for a better night of sleep, because these things do a great job of being a weighted blanket and I sleep fantastic now.
