SPF - no clue, but from the ad: "Also a perfect choice as sun shirt that safeguards your skin from harmful UV Rays in outdoor activities."

Xl if you are looking for a regular fit like the picture - L might be too tight or snug fitting.

Q: Are these light weight or heavy? I bought the same brand but short sleeve with spandex and polyester and it feels a bit heavy.

Mine is long sleeve. Weighs 9.6 oz. I've purchased 5-6 of them as I like the fit and quality. I'd call it light to maybe mid weight but I don't like my base layer to be too thin. Wish they had more colors. I've been wearing them for about 4-5 months for backpacking/bikepacking/workout/ and normal wear. They dry fast there's no logo/brand (which I hate) on the outside of the shirt. The inner "tag" if ironed onto the shirt so nothing to irritate your neck. I'm tired of paying $25 to $40 for name brands that are no better quality. I definitely endorse them. BTW I did a 10 mile backpacking trip a few weeks ago. The day time temp was mid 50's with some early morning drizzle and wind. I wore this shirt as a base layer with a mid weight 1/4 zip over it. I was comfortable and dry.

I have 8-10 of them. Mine all have 90 Poly/10 Span. After awhile the label will fade and you won't be able to read it. Very nice shirt, dries fast, wicks moisture, sleeves are a bit long. Overall, I'm pretty happy with them at a fraction of the cost of name brand. I use them for backpacking, bikepacking, workouts, and everyday use. I generally only wear synthetics.
