Awful
Absolutely awful quality. Bent panels, rubbish instructions.. The packaging offered absolutely no protection for the product (which is made of such thin materials that it needs protection from even the most gentle of delivery men) but even that didn't explain how panels in the centre of the package were damaged.Don't risk your money

We have this cage and our Chinchilla just escaped this morning! Useless materials, difficult to clean, etcDon't waste your cash on this
