It is so easy to install. I spent around 15 minutes to install the bidet. The manual provides clear instructions. The bidet has a nice silver finish and so easy to use. You can either place it on the wall or by the toilet water tank. I placed mine by the toilet water tank and stays in place when installed appropriately. Also you can adjust the pressure of the water. Majority of the product is made of stainless steel. It is durable and easy to clean.

First thing first. We use this for rinsing off cloth diapers before laundering. Works great! Leaves the liners clean enough for them to go in the laundry without me fearing a strange case of pink eye later.This being said, it also has another use! Who of us has never wanted to clean our bottom end by doing a headstand under a waterfall in Iceland? That's a lot what this is like. Spray pressure is nice without being too strong. Nobody wants to poot out water later after an unfortunate sprayer accident... Leaves you nice and clean, ready for a dab dry. Smooth bottom? No problem! Hairy bottom? More of a problem, but this thing can really cut through the mess to leave you clean as a whistle! Speaking of whistling, that's what you're gonna wanna do when you see(or feel) how well this works!Would be nice to have a little warm water mixed in, but I'm no plumber so for now I'm stuck with a cold squirter on the old starfish.Hope this helped! If you're considering this product, just do it. It'll leave you cleaner than the bears from the toilet paper commercial. Also, it's pretty easy to install. Easy to install. I would’ve given it a perfect 5 star if I didn’t have to shut the valve off everytime im not using it. Im pregnant and it’s hard to reach down

Its a great handheld bidet sprayer, you can also attach it to your sink basin and have warm water if you connect it to your hot water also. I catch both ends with one hose because it is handheld.

I bought this Bidet and installed it in less than 5 minutes. It works perfectly, but in a few days I observed that the nozzle was dropping slowly. I contacted the supplier and they responded very quickly. I asked if I could get a replacement nozzle and to my surprise, they sent me a completely new Bidet. I have since replaced just the nozzle and it works just fine with no drip. Excellent customer service.

As a Southeast Asian person, this is absolutely essential to have in my bathroom! However, I've also gotten some of my non-Asian friends into this too and they love it! It is easy to install and isn't expensive like a bidet. Aside from being more expensive, I find bidets to be finicky when adjusting the water and its pressure, but this product eliminates that problem. This hose allows you to have full control of where you want to spray and the water pressure you prefer. Oh, and a bit of a pro tip: if you prefer warm or hot water instead of cold, you can attach the hose to your sink instead. I personally don't do this since my toilet is not next to my sink, but my parents have it installed like this and it works just as well. I also like that it has a handle that hang on your toilet tank for easy storage and convenience. I think every one needs to have one of these in every toilet and there's honestly no excuse with how easy to install and inexpensive this is.

On the positive side, the installation is straightforward, and the sprayer is made of durable materials. It disappoints due to persistent leakage issues. The lack of control over the water force poses inconvenience and mess. However, the leakage problem undermines its functionality.

The product doesn't fit Aussie brand of toilet (Caroma). Caroma toilet hose and things are very small.Other than that, it looked okay and had everything needed for the job.
