I ordered these patches to use for temporary relief from severe pain in my knees at night - arthritis. I am very pleased with them.The patches use the Chinese principle of moxibustion or 'burning the pain away' and are basically an updated version of a folk remedy.One box contains 52 horseshoe shaped patches; the treatment is to apply one to each knee, and their shape makes it easy to find the exact sore spot.They contain two herbs - ginger and artemisia, or wormwood. The ginger is hot; the wormwood is bitter and they do create intense heat as the herbs penetrate and stretch muscles, ease pain and relieve stiffness.I leave the patch in place until morning but take them off before a shower or bath as the hot water increases the heating effect of the patch. Wow! I personally do not find them hard to remove from the skin using a fingernail.On the negative side they are fiddly to detach from the backing sheet which is not ideal if you have arthritis, nor if you are visually disabled like me. A tab or something would be a good refinement.

I felt at first these helped my knee . Easy to put on and pull off. However after using one for about 4 or 5 days I had a bad skin rash, which took a long time to go away. I know my skin is fairly sensitive so may not affect others. Sadly I had to stop using them. They smell very nice by the way.

These work like magic. Cleared up my pain almost immediately and I quite like the strong smell

Was quite sceptical but gave them a try, first 2 or 3 days knee felt hot but not unbearable. There's a nice smell from them, they certainly do something whilst wearing them, but pain returns after taking off patch, they do roll up tho when wearing close fit trousers.

I didn’t dislike anything about them it was a very good performance they stick good and are comfortable they do what it says and are very good value .

My mum wanted to try these after using similar ones before. The others were pretty good but we thought we'd shop around for some that work better. Unfortunately they are no good for her. They smell super strong and within twenty minutes of Mum wearing them she had a severe burning sensation in both knees. She also struggled to remove them as they stuck so well. I'd definitely not recommend these and have requested a refund.

Bought these for a bruised painful knee. I can’t have other pain patches so these seemed worth a try. They work great to sooth the pain and brought the bruising out.

Did help the pain but after a weeks use could not use them anymore as I developed a red itchy rash in the area.

Nach Kniespiegelungen immer noch Probleme und vor allem Schmerzen in beiden Knien gehabt. Nach einer Woche kontinuierlichem Tragen dieser Pads brauche ich keine Schmerzmittel mehr, Gelenkergüsse sind weg und ich wieder beweglicher.
