My cats seem to love head butting the water dispensers to knock the bottles off so that water goes everywhere. I had tried 3 or 4 different water dispensers with no luck and they always won on knocking it off the base...until I bought this one. This one has saved my sanity and made me get a win on them! Because it has the black sleeve thing that fits on to the base but also covers the water bottle about half way up it prevents them from being able to knock the bottle off. It does have a little window in the front though so you can see the water level. I highly recommend this and would buy it again.

It's lightweight and easy to fill up but I don't like that it had a metal peace that came out and if you didn't put it in right water would get under it it would not fill up the bowl I wouldn't recommend buying

This is a nice consolidated size gravity waterer.....and thankfully came in black! However, I was disappointed that the stainless dish part doesn't work well, the water actually flows in underneath it. (I just took it out and the dogs drink from the plastic bowl part instead, so not a big problem.) Once I took the dish out, it's fine. I was hoping that the 4L (roughly a gallon) size would be big enough but I probably need larger for 3 dogs...........this item might get moved to be the upstairs bathroom water dish and I'll find a larger one for the kitchen! (But that's on me, that's not a problem with this item! It's just difficult to gauge size from online photos.)

The 4L jug that the water sits in is great, but everything else about it is completely subpar and honestly, makes it not worth the price. The bowl that the water sits in itself is too small for big dogs, which is what this was purchased for. The “gravity” part of it works great, except it only fills the tiny bowl halfway. My dogs will empty this within a day. I got it for convenience of not having to consistently refill their bowls, but it seems that this will still be something I have to do, just a worse hassle now because it’s a 4L jug I have to refill.If you have a 40+ pound dog or dogs, I would not recommend this at all. It’s definitely suitable for small dogs and cats.UPDATE:The company reached out about my review and asked to send over another version of the gravity water bowl. It arrived within four days of our conversation and they sent the stainless steel one, which is a much larger version and PERFECT for big dogs! I was so happy to see and they were very quick and very nice for sending it! I have the two side-by-side to show off the comparison in size difference. I am very happy with this and very happy with their customer service for reaching out! I definitely recommend it!
