PREMIER SEEDS DIRECT Radish Globe - Sparkler - 500 Seeds (Organic)

Look great, grows quickly and tastes great. This variety seems less prone to attack from slugs and snails. Needs thinning regularly to allow the bulbs to thicken up.

I know its easy to research when to plant, but most packets have the info on them. These do not. See pics. Just dates when to sow them by. Arrived in a dvd style packet through the letterbox.

Potentially it was my fault but the roots and shoots grew quite quickly (I started them off in smaller pots before transplanting them). But then no actual radishes. They were in the ground for at least three months, even though from my research they're meant to be ready to harvest after about a month. I checked on them every week or so but nothing. Gave up once October hit and it rained almost every day, so just pulled them out.Arrived quickly and well packaged though, so still giving 3 stars in case it was my fault they didn't grow.

Only planted the seeds last week,and they are coming up already. Time will tell about the flavour.

Just planted my seeds. Arrived quickly however no instructions - just literally the packet of seeds. So if you’ve grown them before you’re fine. However if like me you haven’t, then rely on google and hope for the best.
