Time Out Group Ltd The World's Greatest Cities Hardcover – Big Book, 3 September 2009

I bought this book as a birthday gift for my wife who is a lifelong traveler. She uses this to remember many of her trips that she has taken and to get ideas of future trips! A great book.

A good coffee table book, and a good conversation (argument) starter too! Because the cities are ranked across several categories, most people will find something surprising here. It's written in a manner to give you a "slice of life" feel for each city rather than singing the praises of all that's good about each city. As a result, you just get a glimpse of each city and not a lot of sense as to why they're ranked where they are. But it's always interesting and it's definitely making me want to round out my visits to the Top 10 (I'm halfway there).
