This was easy to install and adjust. Purchased it a few months ago when it was a lot warmer, and kids had soccer. We have a newborn so it has been great for that, because that summer sun was brutal.It’s not really big enough for other people near it to use as shade, but I knew that when buying this. Pulling and pushing that actual umbrella on and off the stroller attachment requires some finesse and strength, but it eventually does it’s supposed to.

Works great and saved my family on hot days at Disneyland and other outdoor events. Would buy again!!

Similarly to other reviewers, the Clip-On Universal Stroller Umbrella with UV Protection has given me some issues with the clamp. The umbrella itself is really nice. I like the "J" curved handle and the blue color. The UV protection makes me feel better about sun damage and I use this to walk around the neighborhood with my son on really sunny days. For the umbrella itself I would give four stars. The clamp option gets 3 stars. It does work if you tighten it on your own but it should work right out of the package.

The attachment mechanism for the stroller is very easy to use and durable. The umbrella itself is just a little smaller than expected.

Clip-On Universal Stroller Umbrella with UV Protection works very well. It’s lightweight and versatile, as long as the place you want to clip it on fits. We have it on my toddler’s tricycle and it’s a really helpful one to have when the sun is strong. The bending joint is good because I can get it out of the way of my toddler and still make the shade go over his head.

Because the clamp has a rubber insert, if there is any movement or wind, the umbrella slides around whatever it is clipped to. It is hard to describe but if you look at the photos it is easy to see. The photos show what happens with just a bit of wind. If I go get a pair of pliers and tighten the clamp up more, it does hold better. However, the tedium of that means the device is no longer handy. I also tried to put the umbrella on the side of the wagon and it did the same thing. I am gong to try to put something inside the clamp that is less slippery and see if I can make it too work.

The umbrella itself works really well. It glides open and the little latch that you push to close also works well without getting stuck.I have a Maxi Cosi stroller that already has a large hood, but wanted this umbrella for greater protection in the sun. I took a picture of it as I hooked it onto the side stroller frame. It's pretty awkward to be honest, but that's the only spot it would fit on this stroller. It might work better if you can hook it a little higher. Plus, it didn't feel very stable as the extension is pretty long. And as you can see in the picture, my daughter immediately grabbed it and kept shaking it.I don't like that the extension isn't something you can adjust the height for. You just have to move the whole thing if you want the umbrella to be higher or lower. Also, it doesn't come with any instructions. It's not hard to figure out but I did stare at it for a bit before I understood what I had to do. So for these couple reasons, I deduct a star.But the umbrella itself is fine. I may end up using it on it's own with the handle as it is quite wide and provides good protection. And it could work much better on other strollers. Which I'd hope since that's the point of this product based on the item description. Though you can definitely hook it elsewhere, like a table outside, to get some shade!
