Forget ultra hot sauces containing capsaicin extract; they nearly always have a metallic taste and sacrifice flavour for heat. Our Ghost Pepper '10' sauce is an all-natural sauce containing ten Naga Morich peppers per bottle, hence the name. These have been blended with amongst other things, roasted tomatoes & garlic to create a sauce with not only a lot of heat but an incredible depth of flavour too.
