Far shorter than advertised!
For a cheap belt, the product is fine. Great training belt on the cheap. The sizing is a huge problem. I ordered a size 7 that was supposed to be 128" long. It arrived in perfect condition, but measured in at barely 114". A full 14" shorter than advertised. I returned it with no hassle and they promptly refunded my money.I ordered a size 8 that was supposed to measure 145" long, It arrived in perfect condition, but measured in at exactly 120". A full 25" shorter than advertised. I'm going to have to return this one now. I guess I'm going to have to just buy a more expensive brand name belt that will be exactly what I order.

Hard Pass
Size 8 says 145" got it and it was 120". Looking at the stitching, there are a bunch on the edge that are just loops of thread. I bought it for an emergency belt (I keep mine in my car, if something happens, like a car accident - I know I won't have the presence of mind to grab it , this would live in a locker at the dojo.)As a primary belt, I would spend the money on something less bad or even good. I have a few of the inexpensive century ma belts and they are miles better in terms of quality. And compared to something like an upline century or a kataaro belt this is a belt that is black, not a black belt. The fabric is as expected for a 10$ belt, but the stitching is bad, and being 25"s shorter than advertised earns you a 1 star review.

Students deserve better than this low quality belt
I'm an instructor for Shotokan Karate and buy belts for students who pass belt tests. I bought this belt to evaluate it for quality and promptly returned it. It's thin and not made to last. I preferred the Macho brand, which is the same price at the time of writing this, and will be using those for my students until I can evaluate other brands down the road. The one thing that might lead me to buy this belt would be if I were buying it for a very young child. This belt is thinner than I prefer, but young students could more easily tie a thin belt than a thicker one, and therefore it would stay more tightly tied, if it were tied by a child. My students are in college so I want to get them something thicker (BJJ belts are too thick for karate, in my opinion)
